Thomas family history

The Thomas family first came to the Shelby County area in 1806.  We've been here on one or more farms ever since.  Our farm currently raises corn & soybeans, and we live in and maintain the main house (which belonged to Ted's grandparents).  Up until recently, we also raised beef cattle, dairy cattle and tobacco.  We also have a home school, a software consulting business and Midnight (cat), chickens, Ginny (Australian shepherd mix), Copper (lab mix) and Azeem (parakeet).
